Resources

My Master's thesis (below) grew out of a discomfort I felt with what I perceived as the disconnect between our outwards efforts to manifest sustainable lives and our inner turmoil. I focused on the positive stories of environmental activists who had found ways of maintaining their own well-being and avoid burnout amidst the constant stress of their work. My favourite sections is the findings in Chapter 5. I love the clips of participants talk about moments when they know things needed to change, and what types of changes they made in their lives to bring in more balance.
